PROBLEM
When Chris and Tiffany Kiszkiel of Houston, TX got started with their franchise location of Temporary Wall Systems (TWS), they started working with a labor company they already knew. However, they soon ran into issues, including inconsistent pricing, irregularities with time keeping, clocking in and out errors which had to be resolved to prevent billing mistakes, and then subsequent challenges for TWS in added work to ensure proper invoicing for customers.
“I always had to go and check to make sure their time was right. I had to make sure we kept track of our own time, to make sure they’re in it.
