ABLEMKR Home Projects is the residential arm of ABLEMKR- a dedicated team focused entirely on home construction across Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Tennessee.
Most homeowners don’t worry about whether a contractor can do the work. They worry about the parts that go wrong on every job- surprise costs, missed deadlines, project managers who stop answering, and finishes that don’t match the promise.
Almost all problems trace back to one thing: communication.
Every project gets a published schedule, a written scope, line-item pricing, weekly updates with photos, and a single project lead you can actually reach. Change orders are documented in writing before any work changes. You’ll hear from us before you have to ask.
ABLEMKR Home Projects is a dedicated residential team- separate from our commercial crews and focused entirely on home construction. But we’re not a standalone shop. Same licensed company. Same insurance. Same standards we apply to a $5M commercial job- applied to your home.
Ground-up single-family builds. We work from your plans or coordinate with your architect and designer through permitting, construction, and turnover.
Gut renovations and major reconfigurations- the kind of project that needs a contractor who can manage structural, mechanical, and finish work together.
Room additions, second-story builds, garage conversions, and detached accessory dwelling units. ABLEMKR handles permitting, structural tie-ins, and schedule coordination with your existing home.
Targeted renovations where the details- cabinetry, tile, plumbing, lighting, and finishes- are what the project lives or dies on.
If you’re not sure whether your project fits, just ask. We’ll give you a straight answer about whether we’re the right contractor for the job.
This is the part that matters- so we’re going to be specific.
We talk through what you want to build, your budget, your timeline, and any constraints. No pressure, no upsell- just an honest read on whether the project is feasible and roughly what it’s likely to cost.
Before any contract, get a written scope of work and a line-item estimate. What’s included, what isn’t, and where the cost is concentrated. If we see risks in your budget or scope, we flag them now- not later.
Once agreed, you get a signed contract with a published schedule, a payment milestone plan, and a designated project lead who is your point of contact for the duration of the build.
Get weekly updates with photos and progress notes. Change orders are documented and approved in writing before any work changes. Permits, inspections, and trade coordination are handled.
Final walkthrough, punch list, and a written warranty. We don’t disappear after the last invoice clears.
One point of contact. One project lead, one phone number, one set of updates — for the whole project.
Weekly updates, every project, no exceptions. Photos, progress notes, and what’s coming next. You’ll never have to chase us for an update.
Transparent pricing. Line-item estimates, written change orders, no surprise bills at the end. If something has to change mid-project, you’ll know before it happens — not after.
Real schedules. We publish the project schedule and update it weekly. If something slips, you’ll hear it from us before you notice it.
Vetted trades. Every electrician, plumber, framer, and finisher who touches your project has been vetted by our team and worked with us before. We don’t rotate through whoever’s cheapest that week.
Licensed and insured. General contractor licensing and full liability coverage in every state we operate in. Ask us for license numbers and certificates of insurance any time.
We focus on these four states so our project leads can be onsite when they need to be. If your project is near one of our service areas but outside our standard coverage, ask us — we take on select projects outside our core markets when the fit is right.
Get a no-pressure conversation with a licensed contractor. We’ll talk through scope, budget, and timeline, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit for your project.
Send us your drawings, scope, or even a Pinterest board. We’ll review them and come back with questions, an initial estimate range, and a recommended next step.
