THE CHALLENGE
Exhibau’s need for skilled labor across numerous trades and locations is growing, making it difficult to strategically hire. ABLEMKR supports Exhibau’s growth with a growing ecosystem of thousands of skilled tradespeople.
Currently, we specialize in mass timber structures with ground-up development of a 1,200-acre campus, and 35 buildings ranging from 40,000 to 200,000 square feet. It’s an organic and holistic healthcare campus, slated to complete in five years.
ABLEMKR takes the place of traditional HR recruiting. I don’t want to spend time and resources recruiting, so it really helps us in that respect. The quality of work from ABLEMKR is better. Onboarding is super simple. We complete a worker request form, and within days we have people on site. I’m a big fan of the vetting interview. So ABLEMKR does all the “sloshy fitting” qualifications, verification, paperwork, and the worker comes in and starts. We put them to work. And he finds out if it works. So that takes the place of the skills test, and the time we’d be investing in interviews. ABLEMKR manages the worker time, safety process is also simple, making it easy to review and approve hours.
