TIG Welder – Commercial Modular Construction
Location: West Phoenix, AZ (35th Ave & Buckeye Rd)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $26.00–$32.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in West Phoenix, working on commercial modular building projects in a warehouse yard environment. This is a full-time position offering steady work, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for overtime.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while working in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on structural and non-structural components for commercial modular buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Fit, tack, and weld components to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
- Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Grind, finish, and prepare welded assemblies as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with other fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience.
- Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.
- Proficient with measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Willingness to work overtime when project demands require it.
- AWS welding certifications are a plus but not required.
