Chad Grew up in a BIG construction family. His Grandfather was a mechanical contractor in Kansas City, MO. and his father is a commercial general contractor in Tulsa, OK. 

Having grown up in the construction world he's rather accustomed to the sub contracting community and the necessity of having quality workers to meet the demand of today's high standards in building and labor.
